Refunds & Exchanges

We sincerely hope you will be completely satisfied with your Heat Treats purchase however we understand in certain circumstances, that may not always be the case so you may need to send something back.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 calendar days from delivery for a full refund of the item price only.

We are able to provide a pre-paid returns label for your convenience, however the cost of this will be deducted from your refund value - this is currently £3.00

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) then the pre-paid label cost will NOT be charged.

We will not issue a refund against an item that has been used or tampered with or is returned to us in any condition that makes it unfit for resale; i.e. swing tags / labels / packaging etc is defaced or missing.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the unwanted goods however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

XMAS RETURNS: Gift purchases made from 1st December 2021 will be eligible for extended returns up to 14th January 2022

We are more than happy to exchange items if you have changed your mind, however, a re-postage fee of £3.95 (UK) will be charged to send alternative products.

Please be aware when returning items because you have changed your mind that we may in rare circumstances charge an admin and restocking fee of 10% or up to £5.00 when they have been sent using our FREE shipping option. This is highly unlikely but in certain situations necessary to make a product fit for sale to another customer.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "COMPLETED" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button next to your order.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the return.
